Designed and operated production AI features, including RAG pipelines with multi-LLM provider routing, request orchestration, and API gateway workflows. Owned observability for latency, cost, quality drift, and error rates, and built services for authentication, usage tracking, billing events, and vector-based retrieval.

Led end-to-end development of workflow automation for membership enrollment, renewals, billing operations, and customer communications. Built GraphQL/REST services and React/Next.js dashboards, implemented multi-tenant backend architecture, and improved PostgreSQL reporting performance, reducing dashboard load times by ~25%.

Implemented product features with platform and UX/UI teams, including activity notes and schedule revisions history using Java and RESTful API contracts. Built and supported Docker-based container workflows, and delivered AWS auto-scaling and a containerized transcription service to run multiple transcriptions concurrently.

Introduced SQL coding standards and led a team of 6 across development and support. Designed and implemented Electronic Remittance Advice and Electronic Fund Transfer portal solutions for clinics across the United States, and built the Smart Data Stream clearinghouse product, increasing electronic transactions from 20,000 to 5+ million per month.
