I seek a role in project coordination or operations within hybrid, internationally connected teams where I can apply project management skills, improve processes, and grow professionally.

I am a motivated recent graduate in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations with hands-on international internship experience in project planning, brand and website design, GDPR compliance, and operational improvements. I successfully led my AA-graded thesis research, managed end-to-end data collection and analysis, and completed multiple project management trainings.

Through internships at the Social Security Institution and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and a hybrid international program with Human Ports (TNC GROUP), I strengthened my organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills while delivering measurable process improvements and professional project deliverables.
