Haley Reagan

At Knox County Health Department, I provide care coordination, resources, health education, and assistance to families in Knox County, including families with children who have special healthcare needs.

I connect community partners, businesses, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and families to strengthen support networks. I also plan and participate in outreach events, build compassionate client relationships, and handle scheduling, data entry, calls, and confidential communications.

Previously, with the State of Tennessee, I delivered similar care coordination services to families in Sevier County for three years. My work centers on bridging gaps between clients and the resources that can support them.

My background also includes after-school programming at Boys and Girls Club of the Smoky Mountains and volunteer leadership with Young Life, where I led fundraisers, grant-writing efforts, outreach, donor recruitment, and a team of volunteers.
