What I'm looking for

I am seeking a people-focused role—preferably customer support—where I can use empathy, clear communication, and problem-solving to improve user experiences and grow professionally.

I am a psychology graduate with Honours who combines strong communication skills and empathy to support others and improve experiences. I have hands-on teaching experience explaining complex concepts simply and adapting to diverse learner needs.

As an ESL teacher I managed lesson planning, progress tracking, administrative tasks, and used digital tools to deliver engaging instruction. My volunteer work includes exam scribing for learners with disabilities and running literacy programmes for young learners.

I thrive in organized, people-focused roles where patience, problem solving, and clear communication create measurable impact, and I am seeking a customer support role to bring these strengths to a team.
