What I'm looking for

CTO / Fractional CTO or Head of Software/AI/Engineering role where I own technology strategy and stay hands-on with architecture and engineering.
I build SaaS products from vision to production and lead engineering teams.
Fully remote from Türkiye (CET+1/+2); open to contract or full-time.

At Innovirtual Software GmbH, I conceived and led dev-doc.io, an AI-powered, multi-tenant SaaS platform that generates software documentation from source code repositories. I combined multiple LLM providers, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and static source-code analysis to make AI-driven documentation suitable for enterprise use.

At EDM Bilişim Sistemleri ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş., I led software engineering and product development, helping restructure engineering and modernize the product portfolio during the company's turnaround. I also architected an enterprise platform managing more than 200 TB of operational data.

As co-founder of HM Information Technologies, I commercialized software products and delivered Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics work. Earlier, I contributed to Turkcell's enterprise data warehouse, including a prepaid module covering more than one million subscribers.
