What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead software engineering and tooling initiatives where I can improve developer productivity, shape scalable architecture, strengthen CI/CD practices, mentor teams, and apply AI-assisted development to deliver reliable software.

I'm leading Vestel's software tools team, setting technical direction, roadmaps, delivery priorities, and engineering practices that improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Previously at BorgWarner | PHINIA, I designed and maintained internal engineering tools, collaborated across development, QA, DevOps, and product teams, and helped automate build, testing, and deployment workflows for more reliable releases.

My hands-on foundation is in C#/.NET, Entity Framework, REST APIs, software architecture, and Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, and Blob Storage. I also use Claude and OpenAI to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.

Earlier roles at Yatsan, Izmirgaz Natural Gas Company, and Tesco Kipa strengthened my experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, supporting users, testing systems, and working across business and technical teams.
