At Eminevim Savings and Finance Company, I worked on the Video Call onboarding flow, including Android and iOS testing and the mobile live release process. It now onboards approximately 25,000 customers per month without wet signatures, saving the signing and shipping cost of a 25-page contract per customer.

At FYK Technology, I shaped a white-label insurance quote and purchase funnel, from requirements and API analysis to data modeling and Figma screens. Across digital finance, travel, fintech and InsurTech, I’ve translated stakeholder needs into requirements and acceptance criteria, and supported delivery through testing, UAT and production releases.
