At Pam Golding Properties, I lead luxury holiday-rental launches across marketing, content, pricing, booking campaigns and client delivery. I grew the portfolio from 6 transferred properties to 24+ active luxury properties in approximately eight months, with projected rental turnover exceeding R5.3 million.

I've coordinated campaigns, agencies, events, suppliers, tenants and internal teams as Marketing Manager for Cavendish Square and Tyger Valley Centre, managing approximately R10 million in marketing budgets. I turn briefs into clear plans, keep deadlines and dependencies visible, and resolve blockers before they affect delivery.

As a business owner, co-founder and consultant, I've built onboarding, maintenance, scheduling, supplier-follow-up and client-reporting systems. I also expanded Jiwu Salon & Spa across multiple locations and supported the Ginger Spa launch from product planning through operational readiness.
