At Calibrate Network, I design and improve workflows across fulfillment, order management, client onboarding, carrier claims, finance reporting, and warehouse operations. I administer Logiwa WMS and produce recurring billing and operational reports using data from Logiwa, shipping platforms, and Google Sheets.
I also build SOPs and process documentation, and work with warehouse operations, sales, finance, technology, and account management to resolve issues and clarify ownership. Previously, I supervised order fulfillment at Guardian Glass and managed service team operations at Nationwide Medical – Centro CDX.
