I’m looking to lead public sector transformation and enterprise PMOs—translating national strategies into execution roadmaps, governance, and KPIs, while partnering with ministries to improve accountability and deliver measurable socio-economic outcomes.

I’m a senior public sector transformation and policy advisor with 15+ years of experience delivering strategy execution, institutional reform, and policy-driven programs across KSA, GCC, and international development contexts.

I translate national strategies into scalable programs with measurable socio-economic impact, specializing in policy design, policy analysis, and implementation frameworks. I’ve participated, led, and delivered 8+ large-scale public sector transformation programs in education, TVET, and tourism across KSA, Egypt, Cambodia, and Jordan.

I lead enterprise PMOs and strengthen governance systems, KPI frameworks, and performance management to improve execution visibility and accountability. My work contributed to national policy and workforce reforms impacting 10,000+ beneficiaries and improved program delivery efficiency by 30%+ through governance and KPI frameworks.
