Across public-sector transformation programs, I’ve led strategy and governance work for organizations including the Ministry of Energy, Saudi Red Crescent, and Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. Earlier, I managed Smart ID program delivery and testing at Logica (Part of CGI), and worked on systems integration and payment testing for SAMA.
