I’m looking to lead HR operations and employee experience in a growing, fast-paced company—partnering with leadership on workforce planning, building strong onboarding and engagement systems, and ensuring compliant, high-performing teams.

I’m an experienced Human Resources professional focused on managing employee relations and activities in fast-paced, growing environments. I’m an attentive listener who builds strong, trusting relationships with staff and management while optimizing talent management and employee engagement.

Most recently, as a Human Capital & Employee Experience Manager, I supported the organization through growth and stabilization by leading full HR operations. I implemented effective recruitment strategies that helped grow the company by 133%, while also managing payroll processing, hiring, performance reviews, and policy updates. I partner directly with leadership on workforce planning and performance oversight, and I develop HR frameworks aligned with organizational structure changes.

I bring a systems-first approach to HR operations, using tools like Odoo and HRIS workflows to streamline onboarding and maintain accurate employee records, timesheets, and PTO tracking. I’ve developed and documented HR policies aligned to business needs, and supported compliance efforts with SOC 2 and SOC 3 audit processes through relevant documentation and procedural alignment. I also coordinate end-to-end recruitment and performance management initiatives, including OKRs and KPIs.

Across prior roles, I’ve strengthened team cohesion by resolving conflicts efficiently, improving productivity by 20%, and boosting engagement while reducing turnover and onboarding integration time. I built this foundation through recruiting-focused positions, including junior talent acquisition and recruiting specialist work, where I managed full-cycle hiring activities and advised clients on hiring procedures.
