I’m a Digital Operations & AI Workflow Program Manager with 7+ years leading enterprise marketing operations, CRM programs, and cross-functional initiatives across agency, startup, and ecommerce environments. I build structure in high-ambiguity environments—designing scalable workflows and translating strategy into execution.

At RAPP, I helped scale Toyota’s TPCO initiative into a $2.6M business unit delivering 163% YoY growth, $6.5M+ in attributable sales, and 20M+ annual customer touchpoints—while leading enterprise campaign operations and workflow optimization.
