I excelled in troubleshooting IT problems across departments and provided remote support using tools like TeamViewer and AnyDesk. Additionally, my experience as an IT SCADA Technician at Atlantic International Company allowed me to implement SCADA systems for ECG substations and manage the installation and testing of network cables, further enhancing my technical expertise.
