At VA Solution, I lead Amazon delivery transportation operations across 30 routes, 80 drivers, and 60 fleet vehicles, supporting approximately 8,400 to 12,000 daily package deliveries.
I manage staffing, scheduling, route coverage, load-out execution, real-time route performance, fleet readiness, vehicle maintenance coordination, and driver support throughout the delivery day. I also maintain DOT compliance and use fleet tracking systems, Amazon DSP software, Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools to monitor operational trends.
I joined VA Solution as an Amazon Delivery Driver and earned promotion into management within one year through strong performance, reliability, and leadership.
Before transportation operations, I built hands-on experience in warehouse operations and automotive service at Walmart. I lead by example, support employees, maintain accountability, and keep high standards for safety, performance, and operational success.
