What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design learner-centered, accessible learning solutions where I can combine instructional strategy, eLearning development, performance support, and practical human-centered AI.

I've led 75+ course development and redevelopment projects at Park University, translating faculty expertise into accessible online, hybrid, and digital learning experiences with measurable outcomes.

I build interactive eLearning in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360, publish SCORM content through Canvas LMS, and manage projects from needs analysis and course mapping through quality review, revision, and faculty handoff. I also created a university-wide Faculty Resource Hub that provides practical job aids, templates, accessibility guidance, and technology tutorials.

I'm especially energized by human-centered AI in learning. I designed custom GPT learner-support experiences, including Ask Ava, and co-facilitated faculty development on practical AI integration that supports—not replaces—instructor interaction.
