What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product discovery and delivery for digital or AI-enabled products, translating strategy into clear requirements, ethical AI decisions, scalable user experiences, and measurable business outcomes.

I've led product discovery, requirements definition, and delivery for fintech, healthcare, HR tech, logistics, and AI-enabled platforms for more than 15 years.

At Blusalt Financial Services, outsourced to MTN Nigeria, I created user stories and refined the backlog for the Zigi AI Chatbot Project. I led discovery, requirements, stakeholder workshops, process modelling, and documentation for products including the Partner Onboarding Portal, Payment Gateway, CRM/Smart Kiosk, and Y'ello BizHub.

My work has helped shift a product strategy from hardware deployment to mobile-first delivery, opening access to an 18.7M customer market. I've also led business analysis for a Smart Kiosk/CRM solution that reduced processing time from 20 to 6 minutes and supported a proof of concept for Sub-Saharan Africa's first Smart Store.

Through Bootstrap Consulting, I deliver product and market-entry consulting while applying ethical AI principles to requirements and solution design. I also train aspiring Business Analysts and bring experience in roadmap development, Agile delivery, Oracle HCM Cloud, and stakeholder management.
