I’m leading the ERP implementation for the Sales & Distribution module at BUA Foods Plc, aligning system design with business requirements across a nationwide distribution network. I bridge IT with sales operations and supply chain stakeholders to drive adoption, UAT readiness, and go-live execution.
On the product side, I own the roadmap for BUA’s internal Sales Application—turning field workflow findings into prioritised feature backlogs, user stories, and measurable KPIs for adoption and sales productivity impact. I coordinate releases across engineering, sales, and operations, iterating based on user feedback and feasibility.
Previously, I built Tableau and Power BI dashboards, deployed ETL pipelines into the enterprise data warehouse, and forecasted demand and revenue using Python. Before that, I managed full IT operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity policies, vendor management, and software lifecycle delivery—then started my career coordinating IT product work and leading customer service teams.
