I support telehealth, medical, and behavioral health encounters as an over-the-phone interpreter for Language Services Associates and Homeland Linguistic Services. I bridge communication between English-speaking providers and Spanish-speaking patients across hundreds of clinical interactions.

I help patients navigate appointments, follow-up, care plan discussions, insurance, referrals, prior authorizations, housing resources, social services, and discharge planning. I communicate daily with providers, care coordinators, nurses, social workers, and patients while handling high-acuity and sensitive situations with discretion.

Since 2017, I’ve delivered English–Spanish medical and clinical translations, editing, proofreading, and linguistic QA for Resonance, freelance clients, and language service providers. My work includes informed consent forms, clinical trial protocols, investigator’s brochures, patient diaries, and after-visit summaries.

I bring audit-ready documentation habits, HIPAA-conscious communication, and practical experience with clinical research terminology, CAT tools, and remote high-caseload workflows. As a native Spanish speaker with advanced professional English, I focus on making healthcare communication accurate, accessible, and dependable.
