As a Senior Manager of Business Process Transformation, I built and led a 30-person team delivering Kiwiplan Corrugated Suite configuration, training, and implementation across 36 manufacturing facilities and 20+ external warehouses.

I adapted implementation delivery during the pandemic, moving to virtual and hybrid models that supported successful rollouts at more than 30 sites without schedule slippage. I also coordinated Infor M3 implementation across three cellulose paper mills.
