What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare-focused data role where I can build KPI dashboards, perform trend and root-cause analysis, and support compliant, validated decision-making across cross-functional teams.

I’m a data analyst and healthcare operations professional focused on KPI reporting, dashboard development, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making in regulated healthcare and software environments. I collaborate across stakeholders to turn operational needs into actionable insights while supporting validated, compliant systems.

At OneLegacy, I managed risk assessment activities for updates to a custom-created electronic medical record and helped lead the transition from paper charting to fully electronic processes. I created software validation protocols, performed event investigations, and led Root Cause analyses and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for the Software Engineering division.

I’ve also served as a system administrator and subject matter expert for eLearning (Articulate) and Electronic Document Management (SmartSolve), building feedback loops that improved critical revenue-affective KPIs and reduced communication bottlenecks. Earlier in my career as a Quality and Education Analyst, I produced weekly through quarterly dashboards and supported healthcare accreditation and continuous improvement efforts.
