What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead technology, innovation, and research projects, implement customer-focused solutions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver measurable results.

I've delivered Salesforce and Genesys Cloud solutions at NTT Data for clients including Centenario and Repsol. I implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Centenario and supervised Genesys Cloud for Repsol's Libro de Reclamaciones, reducing user response times by 25%.

I led the second phase of a Customer Relationship Center project, coordinating interdisciplinary and international teams to deliver service-focused solutions. I also designed and validated Salesforce Service Cloud prototypes that improved customer response speed by approximately 20%.

At ARCU Consultores, I advise undergraduate research projects and analyze qualitative data for academic research, reducing review-stage rework by approximately 30%. Previously at CONX, I coordinated field research, functional testing, and a six-person team for Rasboard 2.0, helping strengthen its proposal for ProInnóvate Perú funding.
