I've supported digital transformation and Professional Services operations at e2open, Infosys Peru, and IBM Perú. I translate business needs into workflows, reports, requirements, and technical solutions that teams can deliver.
At e2open, I manage pre-billing activities, revenue forecasting support, time-tracking administration, reporting, dashboards, ticketing requests, and process improvements for Professional Services operations.
At Infosys, I worked as a Business Analyst for Johnson Controls and Anglo-American, helping migrate SAP data to Snowflake, create PowerBI reports, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and digitalize mining-process checklists. I led stakeholder interviews, workshops, UAT sessions, roadmap planning, and communication between teams in Argentina and India.
Earlier at IBM, I developed Java REST backend services, SQL reports, and web application functionality for América Móvil, Primax, Interbank, and Rimac Seguros. I bring experience in Agile delivery, testing, cloud deployment, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in Spanish and English.
