What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead CRM, customer experience, e-commerce, and ERP implementation projects where I can coordinate regional stakeholders, improve service quality, and support successful solution adoption.

I've led CRM, e-commerce, and ERP implementation projects at SEIDOR Peru across Latin America, from kickoff and requirements validation through go-live and post-implementation support.

I coordinate clients, consultants, developers, integration teams, and support teams while managing scope, risks, data migration, testing, cutover, and solution adoption. My work spans SAP Customer Experience, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and ERP integrations.

Earlier, I delivered Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and supported process improvement, quality, and SAP projects. I bring over 10 years of experience connecting customer processes, technology, and service quality.
