What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support employees or customers, resolve inquiries accurately, use HR or CRM systems, and contribute to a high-quality service experience.

At V-Triumph Technologies, I guided employees through benefits enrollment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and HR inquiries across phone, email, and chat support. I coordinated with HR, Accounts, and immigration teams to resolve concerns while maintaining accurate records and support tickets in ADP, CEIPAL, and CRM tools.

Previously, I supported Italian-based customers at Amazon Development Centre through chat and email, consistently meeting response-time and customer-satisfaction expectations. At Foundever, I handled Covid test kit inquiries, verified documents for Wise Fintech bank-account processes, and supported KYC compliance efforts to prevent fraud.

I also bring software testing experience from Apparatus Tech, where I tested a Clinical Analyzer, reviewed output data, identified errors, and managed log files. I value accurate, timely service and clear communication in fast-paced support environments.
