What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to take initiative in challenging environments, tackle problems head on, build on my experience, and make a meaningful contribution to the organization.

I've supported broadband customers at VOIS in Pune, troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues while maintaining accurate service records and uninterrupted delivery.

At WNS, I processed motor insurance claims from simple cases to total loss, employee, property, and third-party claims. I validated invoices, checked tax compliance, processed repairer payments, and supported claim inquiries.

At ADP, I worked across GlobalView payroll operations, CRM ticket management, and APAC client support. I handled end-to-end payroll processes, SAP HCM, SLA-driven issue resolution, reporting, data analysis, and HR administration.

I'm looking to build on my experience by taking initiative in challenging environments, solving problems directly, and making a meaningful contribution to the organization.
