I’m seeking a challenging role in a fast-paced environment where I can use my business development, sales & marketing, and customer service skills to enhance service delivery and keep developing professionally.

I’m a Business Development Officer with a strong track record in developing growth strategies that align with organizational goals. I build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders—including doctors, corporate clients, insurance companies, and community leaders—to drive referrals and partnerships while improving patient experience.

In my current role, I conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging healthcare trends, and potential collaborations. I also work with medical and administrative teams to develop and launch new services, plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, strengthen brand consistency, handle public relations activities, and track performance using KPIs and management reporting.
