Gracefilled Abakedi

I’m a detail-oriented graduate building my formal project management skills through self-study and hands-on project leadership. During my NYSC, I led a road safety sensitization project in partnership with the FRSC, taking full ownership from planning through execution.

As Unit Head & Project Lead, I coordinated project goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across teams. I organised resources, schedules, and responsibilities, directed a team by assigning tasks and tracking progress, and kept the project on schedule by resolving roadblocks. I also managed communication between the unit, FRSC officials, and school authorities throughout delivery.

In parallel, I bring customer-facing experience from my work as a Customer Service & Sales Representative, where I coordinated competing requests, maintained accurate records, and worked cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and support teams. I continuously improve workflow efficiency by identifying recurring issues and proposing practical solutions, while staying focused on organised, high-quality outcomes.
