What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a product, product operations, research, or data-focused role where I can understand users, turn findings into clear decisions, coordinate execution, and grow in building technology products.

I've supported operations at Watoto Church, customer engagement at Flip Uganda, and research delivery at Lightline Research—turning information, schedules, and stakeholder updates into actionable progress.

At Flip Uganda, I managed CRM records, engaged customers directly, identified engagement and conversion opportunities, exceeded sales targets, and produced digital performance reports for management review.

My research work includes structured data collection, analysis, fieldwork coordination, data-quality management, and translating findings into concise reports for decision-makers.

My legal internship with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions strengthened my ability to review complex documentation, identify relevant facts and inconsistencies, protect confidential records, and work accurately within rigorous procedures. I'm especially interested in using research, data, and technology to simplify complex information and solve user problems.
