At Alameda County Water District, I analyzed content performance for a water-emergency preparedness campaign and identified top-performing formats. The resulting content strategy shift nearly doubled engagement rate.
For a GA4 e-commerce funnel project, I queried 400K+ events in BigQuery to analyze purchase and channel conversion. I found checkout abandonment was a bigger opportunity than traffic volume, and Google underperformed direct traffic by 19%.
I extended the analysis with Python and RFM customer segmentation, finding that “At Risk” customers averaged $107.52 per person—nearly double New Customers. That surfaced a higher-value re-engagement target than typically prioritized segments.
My marketing analytics work also includes go-to-market research at Dolphin Foods India Limited, where I supported research for OTTER and analyzed consumer preferences. I enjoy turning data into actionable decisions, and bring experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and marketing analytics across e-commerce, public-sector, and retail data.
