I'm looking for an HR role where I can strengthen recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations while contributing to efficient people processes and organizational growth.

At Aramco Papers Pvt. Ltd., I manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance, employee relations, HRMS records, and statutory compliance for plant and office positions.

I work closely with Finance and external consultants on deductions, incentives, full-and-final settlements, PF, ESIC, labour-law matters, and workforce reporting. I also support vendor coordination, facility management, procurement, travel coordination, and asset management.
