I built idphotoby.ai alone, handling development, international compliance research, user support, go-to-market, and the overnight fixes that keep a product running. When paid acquisition stopped working, I made the product free and built an automated SEO engine to drive growth.
Before that, I ran G-Capital single-handedly, growing assets under management from $1.5M to $3M across DeFi strategies, trading, and liquidity provision in a 24/7 market. I’m comfortable making decisions under time pressure with incomplete information, and I use Claude, MCP integrations, custom scripts, and OpenClaw agents daily.
I also co-founded Telos, opening five F&B venues in two years and managing 35+ people across locations; every venue reached payback within one to two years, and the group sold for roughly 3× the initial investment. I’d rather apply that operating focus and automation mindset to one person’s priorities than to my own company.
