I've co-founded Nativ Chefs and led its operations across India and Singapore, taking the business to breakeven and profitability through cost control and revenue optimization.

I launched and operationalized the Singapore market prototype, designed end-to-end onboarding, logistics, customer experience, and vendor-management operations, and built scalable processes to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction. I also lead recruitment, chef and team training, performance tracking, marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and financial discipline.

Before building Nativ Chefs, I managed HR consulting engagements at KPMG Oman, designing organizational structures, HR policies, competency frameworks, assessment centers, recruitment projects, talent-management strategies, workforce planning, and performance systems.

Across consulting, IT, manufacturing, and startup environments, I combine data-driven decision-making, AI-enabled workflows, and operational excellence to support sustainable business growth. I currently consult with Saket Ortho Systems on revenue growth, digital marketing, lead generation, operational streamlining, and expansion strategy.
