What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level Customer Support, Chat Support, Customer Service, or Remote Support role where I can communicate professionally, maintain accurate records, learn new systems, and support customers confidentially.

I'm pursuing entry-level Customer Support, Chat Support, Customer Service, and Remote Support opportunities, bringing clear communication, accurate documentation, and confidential information handling.

During my industrial training at Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa, I assisted with patient registration, records, results documentation, vital signs, and BMI measurements while responding to routine questions professionally.

My Human Physiology research strengthened my data collection, analysis, record keeping, and attention to established procedures. I'm comfortable learning new software and customer service systems in remote or office-based roles.
