At Conssiss / Whirlpool, I led business analysis and requirements management for SAP logistics and sales processes across Mexico, Colombia, and Panama. I managed SAP SD/MM changes and coordinated testing, validation, implementation, and hypercare.
I configured and implemented Order to Cash improvements in SAP SD, from sales order through invoicing. I also implemented solutions for imports and product “combos,” covering the processes through warehouse receipt or delivery to the end customer.
I developed and implemented B2B order automation through web Order Entry, saving 2,000 hours annually. I also contributed to import-costing automation that reduced errors and to import consolidation improvements.
Earlier, at Madata, I handled SAP SD/MM requirements and changes and participated in UAT and implementation. At Interceramic, I supported supply operations using Oracle EBS-ERP and administered the master materials/SKU catalog.
