I’m looking for a role where I can use data-driven insights to improve business processes and supply chain outcomes—building dashboards/ETL, measuring performance with KPIs, and collaborating with teams to deliver reliable planning and continuous improvements.

I’m a Business Processes Improvement Professional with over 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, focused on delivering high-quality work, meeting strict deadlines, and providing exceptional customer service. I combine attention to detail with data analysis to drive informed, data-driven decisions.

At Siemens, I planned and implemented process improvement initiatives, developed and maintained dashboards and KPIs using SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI, and built data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence. I defined metrics for process measurement, identified improvement opportunities, measured performance against process requirements, and delivered presentations and training to enable measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.

Previously, as a Customer Service - Planner and then as a Material Controller/Material Planner, I managed purchase orders, demand changes, overdue invoices, and production planning priorities for aerospace customers.
