Played a key role in the SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) implementation for PepsiCo (FritoLay market) at Rivera Palacios. Resolved critical TM technical issues and led end-to-end process testing for TM object enhancements, including BOPF debugging and TM configuration for planning and outputs.

Delivered ABAP technical support and solutions for PepsiCo USA across Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), and Make to Deploy (MTD) value streams. Built CDS Views, web services, and integration assets (PO/PI proxies), and implemented OData services for SAP Fiori and Native HANA modeling to support robust S/4HANA integrations and reporting.

Provided Level-1 and Level-2 support for SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management processes, including planning, execution, freight order management, and charge calculation. Troubleshot Freight Units and Freight Orders, carrier selection, and ECC/S4 integration issues, and created functional documentation and test scripts for operational teams.

Contributed to the Enterprise DataStage Migration project by overseeing migration of legacy ETL to middleware platforms such as SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and SAP PO. Developed ABAP object functionality to enable data extraction from SAP ECC and integration/posting from legacy systems (including Oracle), ensuring continuity of financial and operational processes post-migration.

Supported PepsiCo Latam’s Inbound Control Tower (ICT) project by leading integration between SAP ECC and ONE Networks applications for vendor management, PO tracking, delivery scheduling, and carrier status processes. Implemented ABAP-based proxy communications using XI/PO middleware and built custom ABAP objects to provide real-time visibility for vendors and internal users.

Led the SAP development back-office team, managing and assigning business user requirements to deliver SAP ECC, BW, and BPC solutions. Improved FICO-related processes through custom development and system optimizations while coordinating cross-functional delivery of reliable support and enhancements.

Delivered custom web applications using Laravel and integrated SOAP/REST web services. Developed financial reporting for SAGE 50 Peachtree and implemented web solutions to meet Panamanian governmental electronic documentation requirements.

Coordinated and executed enterprise network activation and backbone expansions. Supported telecommunications infrastructure operations to enable service rollout and network capacity growth.

Worked as an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) engineer supporting telecom network operations. Assisted with ongoing maintenance activities as part of network operational support.
