At Centro Médico ABC, I designed centralized master data catalog solutions with SAP MDG, led implementation of the master data governance tool, and designed the governance process. I also led master data migration to TASY and restructured catalogs, workflows, and maintenance profiles.
Across roles at Laboratorios Tornel, Agave Capital, and Grupo Modelo, I worked on supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and ERP implementation. I created a demand planning model at Agave Capital and led demand planning for domestic, retail, export, and water channels at Grupo Modelo.
