What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run complex infrastructure or construction programs end-to-end—combining PMI/Agile delivery, Primavera/MS Project planning, and AI-driven analytics to improve risk, cost, and schedule outcomes.

I’m an Industrial Engineer with a Master’s degree in Project Management and 12+ years leading multimillion-dollar projects, including remote teams of 30+ professionals across construction, operations, and digital business.

As a Project Director, I directed large-scale construction and infrastructure efforts with budgets exceeding USD 2M, applying PMI-based methodologies and Agile principles where applicable, while staying focused on risk, cost, and schedule control.

I bring deep planning expertise with Primavera P6 and MS Project (expert level), plus strong stakeholder and client communication to keep complex workstreams aligned. My background also includes financial control and reporting support, including audits from my time as a Sales Analyst.

Currently, I’m integrating AI-driven construction data analysis—using 4D and 5D—for hospital and data center projects, leveraging my experience in MEP systems. I’m also studying Machine Learning to strengthen how projects are planned, tracked, and improved.
