What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a consulting role where I can lead end-to-end Dayforce WFM implementations, partner with HR/Payroll/IT, optimize scheduling and labor costs, and ensure strong client adoption through testing and training.

I’m a highly motivated, results-driven consultant with experience managing and implementing projects, and supporting technical solutions. I bring an active, dynamic approach to getting things done, along with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

As a Senior Dayforce Consultant at Adaptalytics, LLC, I lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM)—including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Planning, and Labor Management. I serve as a Dayforce WFM SME, configure and deploy modules (pay policies, work assignments, schedules, shift rules, labor metrics, and time collection processes), and partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to ensure seamless integration. I also drive optimization initiatives, support testing through UAT and go-live, provide training and documentation, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and union requirements.

Before that, I progressed through Dayforce WFM roles where I mentored junior consultants, managed projects of varying scope, conducted client interviews, designed and tested custom solutions, and ensured smooth transitions to service/support. Earlier, as an Omni Africa Sage ERP Consultant, I supported clients via CRM logging, remote support, demonstrations, end-to-end ERP implementations, data migration, system updates, and follow-ups after service.
