In my recent National Service role with the Ghana Revenue Authority (NSP), I handle taxpayer identification updates by updating TIN and Ghana Card in ICUMS, merging trading names with TIN, and addressing taxpayer identification issues. I’ve also supported public-sector operations as an Enumeration Officer with the Ghana Statistical Service and as a Polling Officer with the Electoral Commission of Ghana.
Previously, at Jumia Ghana as Vendor Operations & Customer Service Team Lead, I led my team to achieve monthly targets, ensured SLA compliance, resolved vendor/customer issues, and maintained day-to-day operational readiness. Alongside that, I’ve built marketing and sales experience with roles at LK International (Motor King) and Royal Success Ltd, and I earned recognition as Jumia Ghana’s “Most Promising Staff” (2020) and a “3rd Runner-up” position in the Ghana Creative Business Cup (2019).
