What I'm looking for

I'm looking to keep growing in hands-on IT operations, supporting users and infrastructure through troubleshooting, monitoring, security, documentation, and continuous improvement.

At ICON Digital Productions, I monitor network systems, servers, applications, and digital signage in a 24/7 NOC environment. I respond to alerts, troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues, manage incidents against SLAs, and provide detailed shift handovers.

Previously at IO Solutions Contact Center, I resolved hardware, software, and network issues, maintained Active Directory accounts, supported remote teams, and delivered training on IT tools and cybersecurity practices. I also installed and updated Windows, macOS, Linux, and business tools while tracking assets and support activity.

I bring hands-on desktop support experience from Teleperformance, including workstation setup, Exchange Server account management, VPN and Microsoft Office support, vendor coordination, and clear troubleshooting documentation.
