I’m looking to support executives and growing teams with reliable scheduling, documentation, research, and content—so operations stay organized and productivity improves in every fast-moving week.

I’m an Executive Virtual Assistant and administrative support professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. I bring strong background in research, office coordination, stakeholder communication, project coordination, documentation management, and content management.

In my role as a Church Administrator (Part Time) at The Impact Center, I manage day-to-day administrative operations to keep workflows smooth and efficient. I coordinate meetings, programs, events, and leadership schedules, while preparing reports, correspondence, announcements, and official documentation. I also maintain records, databases, and filing systems, and facilitate clear communication between leadership, members, and external stakeholders.

As freelance Executive & Administrative Support for the Office of a Former Deputy Director, Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC), Abuja, I support efficient daily operations through schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination. I draft and organize correspondence, reports, and administrative documents, maintain filing and record-keeping systems, and assist with project follow-ups and stakeholder communication. I focus on professionalism and confidentiality while supporting administrative processes end-to-end.

Earlier, I completed a Student Laboratory Internship at the University of Abuja Clinic Laboratory, where I maintained laboratory records and documentation, supported data entry and record management, and helped with routine workflow coordination. Across my experience, I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs and executives improve productivity, streamline operations, and maintain an effective online presence through well-managed calendars, travel coordination, and high-quality content.
