I am a results-oriented and competent professional with over 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and program management. My career has been dedicated to project planning, resource allocation, and program implementation, where I have successfully designed M&E frameworks and conducted impact evaluations. I possess strong skills in data analysis using MS Excel and SPSS, which have been instrumental in my roles.

Currently, I serve as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Doors of Hope, where I develop and implement robust M&E frameworks tailored to Sexual and Reproductive Health objectives. My responsibilities include overseeing data collection and analysis, performance tracking, and preparing reports for key stakeholders. I am passionate about capacity building and ensuring data quality through regular field visits and adherence to established standards.
