I am a dedicated Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) professional with a strong foundation in data management and program evaluation. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, I have honed my skills in designing and implementing comprehensive M&E frameworks that streamline data collection, validation, and analysis. My expertise allows me to provide high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Throughout my career, I have developed dynamic dashboards, conducted data quality audits, and optimized data management systems to support evidence-based programming. My proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, and advanced MS Excel enables me to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Additionally, I have a strong background in mentoring and capacity building, training teams in data collection methodologies and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
