I am a results-driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst and Monitoring & Evaluation professional with close to three years of experience in developing and implementing effective data and impact tracking systems. My expertise lies in monitoring project outputs and outcomes, reviewing assessment reports, and ensuring high data quality and accuracy. I am proficient in compiling progress reports, documenting success stories, and providing technical support for MEL activities.

Currently, I lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems at Irex for the USAID Youth Excel program. My role involves developing MEL data collection tools, piloting and testing these tools, and creating interactive dashboards to support informed decision-making. I am dedicated to enhancing data management, collection, analysis, and delivery to support evidence-based decision-making and maximize organizational impact.
