I’m looking to lead healthcare operations that connect enterprise policy, EHR systems, and readiness—working across agencies to improve patient administration, care coordination, and measurable operational outcomes.

I’ve led enterprise medical strategy and patient administration across the U.S. Army, spanning patient administration, patient evacuation operations, and executive medical operations for multi-agency healthcare missions.

At Cape Fox LLC supporting US Army Intelligence and Security Command, I provide executive-level medical strategy and operational oversight as Deputy Director and principal CMO advisor for a 22,000-soldier and civilian workforce. I designed an enterprise Behavioral Health reporting and preventative care protocol that drove a 40% reduction in suicide and suicidal ideation incidents within 14 months, and I developed an enterprise Medical Integration Policy that increased medical readiness rates by 25% within 6 months.

Earlier, as National Director of Patient Administration, I directed enterprise EHR systems including MHS GENESIS and MEDCHART, authored PHI, STR, and HIPAA governance policies, and served as the organization’s primary HIPAA Privacy Officer and TRICARE Liaison. I led the migration to MHS Genesis for 330,000 user accounts and secured and managed a $15M Behavioral Health Initiative overseeing the recruitment, training, and deployment of 200+ mental health providers.
