At Air Dolomiti, I manage IT systems and service-management operations, owning Problem Management, ticket governance, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Citrix, PowerShell automation, and IT cost optimization. I also support top management, coordinate technical partners, and contribute to projects with the parent company.
