I am a motivated Law and Security diploma graduate with hands-on experience in bylaw enforcement, customer service, and retail operations. I combine attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills developed in community safety and client-facing roles.

At Oshawa Municipal By-Law I enhanced community safety through patrols, issuing warnings and citations, and maintaining accurate enforcement records. I supported court processes and reviewed permit applications to ensure compliance for events and construction.

In retail and service roles I managed cash handling, resolved customer complaints, and supervised store operations as a Key Holder at Payless, improving accuracy and customer satisfaction. As a Service Coordinator I served as a primary client contact, managed high volumes of requests, and maintained service records to ensure timely delivery.

I bring strong problem anticipation and resolution, decision-making, and team-building abilities, and I am proficient with Microsoft Office.
