What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can optimize operations and logistics through KPI-driven automation (Power BI), process improvement, and structured execution, with room to expand into project management under PMI and measurable efficiency gains.

I’m a Civil Engineering graduate with hands-on logistics operations experience, bringing technical rigor, structure, and continuous process improvement to help teams run with efficiency and order. I monitor orders, purchases, and payments to suppliers, and I’ve implemented standardized systems that reduced customer complaints by 87%.

As Operations Supervisor (SJL headquarters), I direct daily operations, manage a monthly budget, and report profitability KPIs to achieve goal fulfillment. I also developed an in-house packaging service to stop customer flight (100% retention) and improved pricing and dispatch capacity for parcels and tickets. In parallel, I automate KPI panels in Power BI, streamline RFQ and service formation flows through SAP under a PMI approach, and support project feasibility via structural and hydraulic calculations and AutoCAD plan compatibility.
